- * With the Open Class for Yoga Therapy you can start anytime between 6:00-7:00am. You don't have to begin at 6:00am; nor do you have to practice for 2 hours.
- The Open Class for Yoga Therapy is like having a one-on-one class. The teacher creates posture sequences that release areas of muscle tension where you need it and lets you get more from your yoga practice. Under the one-on-one teaching you'll make progress far quicker than if you take regular led classes. It's time well invested.

Class cancellations and teacher changes
While we make great effort to maintain classes throughout the year, now and then in bad winter weather classes do need to be canceled for the safety of all students and teachers.
Likewise, now and then a teacher is ill or away on vacation or yoga teacher training, and we have another teacher substitute their class.
