Sometimes all you need is someone to show you the first few steps!

  • Begin your yoga experience with our popular Starting Out With Yoga program, or our other starting out program: Starting Out With Mysore Practice and gain a comprehensive introduction to the meaning, practice and spirit of yoga.
  • The programs are experiential, so you learn by doing, slowly layering one aspect of yoga onto another, until you can see and feel the big picture.
  • The Starting Out With Yoga programs are 4 weeks long and a new program starts in the first week of each month.

Creating your path

  • After Starting Out With Yoga you could try our AYoga Help programs, Yoga Therapy programs, or try any of our Exploring Yoga classes, including Going Further With Yoga.
  • You get to build your own yoga path and work through the programs and classes at a pace that feels right for you.
  • The idea is to enjoy the practice and watch your interest grow as you feel the many benefits.
  • Our teachers and office staff are always ready to give advice on which programs to take.
