3. Mysore Practice
- Mysore Practice is the name we give to learning and developing your personal yoga practice.
- This can be done right from the start when you are beginner.
- It is also helpful if you have an injury or health condition, or feel like doing yoga in a group class with others is not for you.
- Personal practice is also something that you can start after you have some experience and want to deepen your practice and understanding of yoga.
- In the Mysore Practice you get the best of both worlds: you have the feeling of community that comes from practicing with others but you also have the one-on-one instruction that allows you to make faster progress than you do in a regular led class.
- The Mysore classes have a strong feeling of peacefulness and non-competetiveness that many students appreciate.
4. Looking for a Therapeutic solution for an injury or health condition?
- Yoga is also a highly therapeutic practice for all types of physical injuries, as well as different health conditions.
- If you approach a yoga posture with the question, "How do I use this posture as a vehicle for healing", rather than "How do I perfect this posture", then everything about yoga changes.
- Postures, the breath, meditation, and yoga's other techniques become gateways to health, vitality, and a rejuvenated life.
